The staff at this hotel are kind and great. I was very impressed with the standard queen room, and the towels were changed daily. - the location is magnificent and perfect, really close to a wax museum. - the hotel restaurant is reasonably priced. - My experience there was great.

The room was extremely spacious and warm with coffee/tea, clean towels changed daily, as example as described. The service was excellent and the food was fantastic. Besides, they let me park at private parking nearby.

The location was amazing, just a quick 5-minute walk to the famous Sanctuary. I didn't want to say goodbye and I'm already planning my next visit! 🌟

Proximity to mountains & countryside.

Staff were not as professional as one might expect. Cleanliness in public areas of the hotel could have been better. Lack of proper ventilation in bathrooms.

Great hotel in an ideal position in the center of Lourdes. Wide range of goodies for breakfast. - Reasonably large room with a shower, hairdryer, and bath sheets. - Very informative staff.

The loacation was very close to the grotto. The room was very comfortable. Breakfast was beautiful and staff service was excellent +++++ definately will come back and book with them again in the future

The hotel's location was perfect, right in the heart of everything in Lourdes. I was able to easily walk to the Cathedral, restaurants, and all the attractions. It was so convenient! The staff were also very friendly and welcoming, making me feel at home throughout my stay. The basic amenities in the room were exactly what I needed, and I appreciated that the towels were changed daily. The breakfast spread was tasty and satisfying, offering a good variety of options. I found this hotel to be great value for money.

Nice hotel located in a very good building with excellent views of the mountains. A wide range of brilliant meal options available. - Absolutely perfect nice location, near the city center. - Nearby Rivierasol is a great place to chill out.
